Standard RMC
IS 269:2015 OPC with SNF admixture. Slump 100–150 mm, ±25 mm tolerance. For slabs, beams, columns and foundations.
One of the largest Ready Mixed Concrete producers in Western Maharashtra — two automated batching plants, 300 cum/hr combined capacity, 63 GPS-tracked transit mixers and a dedicated R&D lab. Engineered to IS 269:2015, IS 516:2021 and IS 1199:2018.
Two decades of aggregate expertise, a decade of ready-mix operations, and a fleet built to deliver on the largest sites in Pune — without compromising on slump retention or finish quality.
From M20 to M120 and beyond — including self-compacting, pervious, fibre-reinforced, lightweight and temperature-controlled mixes. Every mix designed in-house and verified on site.
IS 269:2015 OPC with SNF admixture. Slump 100–150 mm, ±25 mm tolerance. For slabs, beams, columns and foundations.
Silica-fume and PC-based. Low w/c, 90-day strength audits. For high-rise columns and long-span beams.
Flow 600–750 mm, ±80 mm tolerance. Dense reinforcement zones, no vibration needed.
15–25% voids for storm-water management. Pavements, driveways, low-impact parking.
Chilled water + ice dosing. Pour temperature ≤ 22°C for mass pours and dam-grade structures.
Polypropylene / steel fibre blends. Crack-control slabs, industrial floors, shotcrete.
Density 1.4–1.8 g/cc. Lightweight aggregate + foam. Roof screeds and insulation layers.
Pigmented, polished, stamped. Architectural finishes without stone cladding.
Every batch is sampled at discharge, cube-cast on site, compression-tested at 7 and 28 days, and traceable through a digital logbook. Our R&D lab runs RCPT, sorptivity and water-penetration tests against IS 516:2021 protocols.
Two plants in Talegaon Dabhade MIDC, with a fully equipped fleet and an in-house stone crusher feeding consistent aggregate, every shift.
Concrete is heavy on resources — we work hard to make it lighter on the planet. Six years of MPCB consent, water-recycle basins on site, dust suppression, and 100% reclaim of returned concrete as aggregate.
Six towers, twelve months, zero hold-ups. Kalokhe's dispatch team called before every pour and the slump held from plant to 14th floor — that is rare.
The R&D lab generated the mix design for our 50 MPa deck in three days — including silica-fume optimisation and trial pour. We hit target strength at 7 days.
The GPS updates let us plan crews around truck arrivals. Pump crew, placer crew, finishers — all in sync. Saved us an hour a day on a 3,000 cum pour.
Tell us the grade, the volume and the site. We will dispatch within 24 hours.
