In-house aggregate production
Bore-hole blasting at the quarry face feeds a primary jaw, secondary cone and tertiary VSI in series. The plant is rated 300 TPH and is dedicated to producing aggregates sized and graded specifically for KRMC concrete.
Our stone crusher sits inside the KRMC campus at Talegaon Dabhade MIDC — 300 TPH of dedicated capacity feeding both batching plants and select external customers. Three stages turn quarry blast rock into graded coarse and manufactured sand.

By controlling every step of the crushing train, we hold gradation tighter than open-market aggregate suppliers. That stability is what allows our mix designs to use less cement for the same strength — a direct saving on every cube metre poured.
Each stage progressively reduces size and refines shape. By the end of stage 3, every product meets BIS grading and is ready for batching.
600–800 mm quarry boulders enter the jaw and are reduced to ~100 mm chunks in a single pass. The jaw is set wide for high throughput and low wear.
The cone crusher takes jaw output from ~100 mm down to ~40 mm. Cone geometry shapes the particle and pre-blends size fractions for the VSI.
The vertical shaft impactor converts ~40 mm feed into 20 mm, 12 mm and 10 mm coarse plus manufactured sand (M-Sand) — cubical, well-graded, ready for KRMC batching.
Four standardised products. Every load is tested before it leaves the stockpile.
Default coarse for structural concrete M20–M60. Single-sized graded chips with low flakiness, used in beams, columns and slab pours.
InquireSmaller coarse for slabs, pavements and high-flow mixes. Blends cleanly with 20 mm to balance packing density in pumpable concrete.
InquirePremium fine coarse for high-grade concrete, SCC and architectural finishes. Most consistent product leaving the VSI for tight gradation jobs.
InquireControlled-modulus fine aggregate from the VSI — cubical, washed, free of deleterious fines. A consistent alternative to river sand for structural mixes, plasters and self-compacting concrete.
InquireQuality is built into the crushing line — sampling cadence is fixed, not optional.
Each product stream is sampled on a fixed 2-hour cadence. Gradation is plotted against IS 383 envelopes. Drifts trigger an automatic crusher setting adjustment.
Flakiness and elongation indices are checked per shift. Out-of-spec chips are routed back to the VSI for re-crushing until the index falls below the IS threshold.
Specific gravity and water absorption are tested against IS 2386 (Part III) on every shift. Result drives the mix-design water correction on the batching floor.
Each grade sits in a dedicated, labelled bin. No cross-contamination. Tipper loading is sequenced by FIFO so the oldest aggregate leaves first.
Stacked monthly tonnage across 20 mm coarse, 12 mm coarse and M-Sand. Volumes are nominal at-peak.
Production figures in metric tonnes. Includes material used in-house at KRMC batching plants and third-party sales.
The bulk feeds our own batching plants; surplus is sold to other RMC plants and infrastructure projects across Pune.
The primary off-taker — Plant A and Plant B both pull coarse and M-Sand from the crusher stockpile, eliminating open-market variability in every cube metre poured for KRMC customers.
Surplus 20 mm, 12 mm and M-Sand is supplied on contract to peer RMC plants in the Talegaon & Chakan industrial belt that need a consistent, BIS-graded alternative to river sand.
Sub-base, drainage and structural-fill orders from road and bridge contractors in the Pune Metropolitan Region. Tested lots per IS 383 and IS 2386 at dispatch.
Coarse and M-Sand for in-situ RCC and plaster in residential and commercial developments. Bulk-tipper delivery with dispatch-level test certificates attached to every e-way bill.
Quotations on 20 mm, 12 mm, 10 mm coarse and M-Sand. Bulk-tipper dispatch with lot-wise test certificates.
